Meet Our Clinicians

Daniella Parrish is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavioral Specialist and owner of Creative Cognition Therapy. She has over 15 years experience in providing therapy services to clients from early childhood age through adult. She works with individuals, couples and families in reaching their goals and maximizing their unique strengths and potential. Daniella started CCT with focus on providing a supportive, safe and comfortable environment to work with clients, and helping them to utilize their strengths in overcoming challenges faced. Her goal is to help clients build confidence and develop a better quality of life, as well as develop strength based, individualized goals and interventions to assist.
Daniella's experience includes, but is not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood, Oppositional Defiance, OCD and family conflict/relationship issues.

Daniella sees clients ages 3 to adult and provides in person and virtual sessions.
She is licensed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia

Daylee Kirkham, LSW

Daylee Kirkham is a Licensed Social Worker. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies with an emphasis in Human Development. She later attended Utah Valley University and earned a Master’s degree in Social Work.
Daylee has experience supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, autism, intellectual disabilities, grief, and chronic illness. She is dedicated to employing a trauma-informed approach to empower clients throughout their personal journeys.​

Daylee sees clients ages elementary age and older. She provides services virtually and in person.

Michelle Grosso, LPC

Michelle Grosso is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in applied mental health psychology. Michelle continued her education at Capella University, where she received a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. Since 2021, Michelle has provided outpatient counseling, as well as Intensive Behavioral Health Services, to individuals of all ages. She has experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Selective Mutism and more. Michelle believes in creating collaborative working relationships with clients, and strives to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
Michelle sees clients in person and virtually, ages elementary through adult.

Ashley Taylor, LSW

Ashley Taylor is a Licensed Social Worker. She attended Penn State University where she received her bachelor's degree in Psychology. She continued her education at Edinboro University to obtain her Master’s in Social Work. Since 2019 Ashley has been working with kids and adolescents in and out of residential treatment. Her experience as a Family Based Mental Health therapist at a Pittsburgh community-based agency helped to cultivate her client-centered approach. Ashley incorporates a variety of strategies such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Eco-Systemic Structural Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness into work with clients. Her experience includes, but is not limited to Autism, ADHD Adjustment Disorders, DMDD, ODD, Oppositional Defiance, trauma-related struggles, life transitions, anger management, and family conflicts including couple, co-parenting, and parent child conflicts. She has experience and is informed in treating individuals in the LGBTQAI community.

Abigail Schell, LSW

Abby Schell is a PA Licensed Social Worker. She completed her master’s degree from East Carolina University in 2014. She has experience working with a number of therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused, and Narrative therapies. She uses an eclectic approach to create a care plan that is practical and unique for each client. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, and believes in helping people find tools that fit in their lives to help them reach their goals and thrive. Abby enjoys working with a variety of client populations, including: teens, young adults, veterans, elders, and those experiencing life transitions (new parenthood, graduation, divorce, etc.). In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Abby sees clients ages 18 and older and is mainly virtual at this time.
